  1. Check your internet connection. Make sure that you have a strong internet connection and that your phone is connected to Wi-Fi or cellular data.
  2. Free up some storage space on your phone. Delete any unnecessary apps, photos, or videos to free up some storage space.
  3. Update the Instagram app. Make sure that you have the latest version of the Instagram app installed.

If the above steps didn’t work for you try resetting your Instagram app, to reset your Instagram app, please follow these steps:

  1. Long press the Instagram app icon on your screen.
  2. Tap on Instagram App Info from the pop-up menu.
  3. On the App Info page, tap on Storage.
  4. Tap on Clear Cache.
  5. Tap on Clear Data.
  6. Go back to Instagram and log in.

Please note that you will need to log in again to Instagram after resetting the app.
