How to Pause Notification on Instagram

Steps

1. Open your Instagram App
2. Top right corner of your screen tab the menu option
3. Bottom of the menu page you will see “settings”, tab there.
4. Find “notifications” option and tab there.
5. Find “Pause” and tab on enable.
6. On the pop-up screen tab on the time duration you want.
